These terms are the agreement between you and AppsDreamers for using Horocast. By using the app or website you accept them.

1. The service
Horocast provides daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscope readings, tarot, compatibility and related tools, in eight languages.
2. For entertainment and reflection
Astrological content is provided for entertainment, inspiration and self-reflection only. It is not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice, and it must not be relied on for decisions. Your decisions and their consequences remain entirely your own responsibility.
3. Free service with ads
Horocast is free to use and supported by advertising. An optional one-time purchase removes ads (see the Terms of Purchase).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping or bulk-copying content, attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or using it for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The Horocast name, design, artwork and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes; sharing individual readings with friends is welcome.
6. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsDreamers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
